A collaboration between Pulseline Adventure & BlueWave Medicine

In certain environments, performance becomes inevitable.
Alaska’s Chugach Range is one of them.

Join us for a private all-inclusive 7-day Heli-skiing men’s longevity program that combines executive-level health optimization with heli-skiing in some of the most respected terrain in North America. Designed for men who carry responsibility, lead teams, manage families, and operate in high-stakes environments, this week provides the one thing most leaders lack: space to reset, reflect, and realign in stunning Alaska terrain with deep powder.

What Makes This Experience Distinct

  • Precision Health, Delivered Personally
Each participant receives a targeted evaluation of VO₂ max, movement and mobility, metabolic markers, hormones, inflammation, sleep architecture, HRV and nervous-system regulation. Daily integration sessions translate data into action.
  • The Pulseline Advantage
Guided by Alaska’s most seasoned heli-ski professionals, Pulseline provides access to premier snow conditions, curated terrain selection, and a safety culture built on guide ownership and deep mountain experience.

Our private group will have our own dedicated helicopter, guides and pilot allowing us to personalize our program based on our group’s desires. This package allows us the flexibility to fly to remote regions to ensure descents in world class skiing terrain.

  • A Cohort of High-Performing Men
This is a curated group—leaders, founders, executives—committed to growth. The conversations often become as valuable as the skiing.
  • Strategic Reset for the Mind and Body
Altitude exposure, cold, movement, recovery, and structured precision-health interventions work synergistically to restore energy, sharpen clarity, deepen sleep, and elevate overall vitality.
  • A Purpose-Driven Environment
Evenings and weather limiting-days include guided sessions on longevity, 11 hallmarks of aging, the latest in biologics (peptides, exosomes etc), cognitive performance, and stress physiology.

Who This Is For

Executives, founders, and high-performance men who want to:

  • Expand healthspan and vitality without sacrificing output
  • Rebuild clarity, presence, and leadership capacity
  • Reset stress physiology and improve nervous-system resilience
  • Strengthen emotional intelligence and relational awareness
  • Experience world-class skiing in a private, professional and fun environment

Ability & Fitness

Prior heli-skiing or backcountry skiing experience is not a prerequisite for this Alaskan adventure. However, this trip is designed for skiers and snowboarders with advanced ability and above. Pulseline accesses a rich tapestry of terrain, from gentle cruisers to steeper, more challenging runs, ensuring an exciting experience for skilled riders. Thus proficiency in skiing or riding powder and variable snow conditions is essential.

Physical Demands and Preparation

While we will not access extreme terrain such as cliffs and super steep slopes, participants must possess a reasonably high level of fitness and strength to fully enjoy and benefit from this experience. Daily vertical feet skied or ridden may exceed 20,000 for multiple consecutive days.

To optimize your adventure, we strongly recommend:

    1. Skiing or snowboarding as frequently as possible before the trip, adding a 10 lb pack in the 3 or 4 weeks leading up to your trip.
    2. Engaging in additional fitness training, as needed such as the heliskiing-specific training plan that Pulseline developed in collaboration with Mountain Tactical Institute: https://mtntactical.com/shop/heliski-trip-training-plan/.
    3. If you can’t do either (1) or (2) above - we strongly recommend doing mini leg blasters. https://youtu.be/snSGnFM2KO0?si=Rs7JJWw6hUkWUyiE These are the best ski conditioning exercise we have found. Start with 3 to 4 sets with 30 seconds break between sets. Do these 3x a week - working to 10 sets over the course of 4-5 weeks before your trip.
