About

Remote. Not crowded. Intimate. This is what you get when surfing Central Nicaragua. It’s a laid-back pace at our refurbished Nicaragua hacienda.

A combination of beach, reef, and point breaks characterize this region, which is best accessed via knowledgeable guides and super pangas, who will show you the best. Just a five-minute boat to the north sits the longest left in the country. And just beyond that is a stretch of uninhibited beach breaks. But what really separates Nicaragua surf are the 280 days of offshore winds per year. It’s perfectly groomed almost every day.

You’ll get a full Nica-style experience that feels like home: large decks with surreal vistas, a pool, music, entertainment, and ping-pong. If you want to fish on the side, dorado and tuna are popular catches. And if you’re looking for some city energy, go to Leon for the night. Nicaragua is a hidden gem of un-crowded peaks. Our place is a must for the core surfer!
