Refund Policy

Pulseline Adventure takes great pride in crafting & delivering the highest quality adventures on earth. Much of our overhead must be reserved/paid for in advance to provide these experiences for our guests, including staff travel expenses, helicopter contracts, jet fuel, lodging, food, etc. As a result of these non-refundable costs (the goods and services are paid for & used whether or not you are able to travel/adventure with us as planned), we cannot offer refunds of any type. This included, but is not limited to, illness, travel complications/delays, poor fitness, injury, or cancellations for any reason.

For this reason we highly suggest trip/travel insurance. If you need assistance in obtaining insurance for your upcoming trip, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Pulseline main office by phone or email.
